The Milwaukee Brewers hold a 3-0 lead over the Tampa Bay Rays in the World Series. The series winner will claim its first championship in franchise history. Game 4 is scheduled for Tuesday at 8 p.m. Eastern.

On Monday night, the Brewers defeated the Rays 10-1 in Game 3. Robert Gasser started the game for Milwaukee. The team's offense produced the bulk of the runs during the contest. This victory extends Milwaukee's lead to three games to none.

The Rays advanced to the World Series after defeating the Cleveland Guardians in the American League Championship Series. They won the series 4-2. Junior Caminero hit a home run in Game 6 to secure the American League pennant for Tampa Bay.

This is the Rays' third World Series appearance in franchise history. Their previous appearances came in 2008 and 2020. The team lost to the Philadelphia Phillies in 2008 and has not won a title since joining the league.

The Brewers won the National League pennant by sweeping the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Championship Series. Milwaukee won that series 4-0. This marks the Brewers' first trip to the World Series since 1982.

Neither team has ever won a World Series title. The outcome of the next game will determine the first champion in either organization's history. The Rays need to win four consecutive games to win the championship.

Game 4 will take place in Tampa Bay on Tuesday at 8 p.m. Eastern. Fox, Fox Deportes, and fubo will carry the broadcast. If the series goes on, Game 5 is scheduled for Wednesday at 8 p.m. Eastern in Tampa Bay.

Game 6 is set for Friday at 8 p.m. Eastern in Milwaukee, if necessary. Game 7 is scheduled for Saturday at 8 p.m. Eastern in Milwaukee. All times are listed in the Eastern time zone.

The Brewers won Game 1 on Friday by a score of 3-2. They won Game 2 on Saturday by a score of 5-4. The Rays won the American League Division Series against the New York Yankees in three straight games. The Guardians won the other AL Division Series against the Chicago White Sox in five games.

The Dodgers lost the NLCS to the Brewers in four straight games. The Braves lost the NL Division Series to the Dodgers in four games. The Padres lost the NL Wild Card Series to the San Diego Padres in two games. The Phillies lost the NL Wild Card Series to the Atlanta Braves in three games.
